All orders from The Canadian Shield are fulfilled within 1-3 business days from our facility in Waterloo, Ontario (unless otherwise specified for product pre-orders).

Orders are accompanied with a tracking number at the time of fulfillment.

At this time, The Canadian Shield offers domestic shipping within Canada. 

Under $125 - Standard Shipping (3 to 9 business days) - $11.95
Over $125 - Standard Shipping (3 to 9 business days) - FREE

Under $125 - EXPRESS Shipping (1 to 2 business days) - $19.95
Over $125 - EXPESS Shipping (1 to 2 business days) - $16.95

Local Curbside Pickup 

As of Monday, December 13th, 2021, The Canadian Shield will no longer be offering local curbside pickup as an option at checkout. The decision was made in order to meet the overwhelming demand for rapid antigen tests across Canada. Suspending local pickups will allow our team to streamline our fulfillment process and focus 100% of our resources on shipping rapid tests as quickly as possible.  

If you have a current local pickup order that has already been placed, you will be unaffected by this change. As of December 13th we will no longer be accepting *new* local pickup orders, but customers who have current orders that are ready to be picked up will still be able to do so.

Notice to Apple Pay Users

If you checkout using Apple Pay, please be aware that Apple Pay will autoload your shipping address based on what is associated with your Apple ID account. This means that even if you enter in your shipping info into the Shipping information boxes at checkout - completing the checkout with Apple Pay will override this. 

To update your Apple ID address information, you must go to the Settings on your iPhone > Account > Payment & Shipping > Update Address.

If you need to update the address on your order, please follow the steps below.

Updating your shipping address

If you have entered your shipping information incorrectly on your order and need to update it, please use the 'Update Address' button located on the bottom of the order confirmation email. Please note, once an order is fulfilled, we are unable to update the address. 

If the shipping address is still incorrect after your order has shipped we cannot reroute the package - you must contact UPS directly to reroute the shipment (additional fees may apply).
