Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and operation of mask machines, and other hardware as required
  • Instruction and supervision of new machine operators, ensuring safe, and effective production
  • Installation and commissioning of new hardware, and consultation with technology department on machinery function and improvement
  • Troubleshooting production machines and maximizing uptime
  • Other duties as assigned by the Technology Department

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

  • Safely use hand and power tools as well as install machinery
  • Following Standard operating procedures throughout all processes in the facility
  • Read and interpret schematics, electrical and mechanical drawings for plant equipment and processes
  • Perform repairs to machinery and plant support systems with regards to Electrical, pneumatic and mechanical repairs
  • Understanding productions schedules and demands.
  • Troubleshooting and prioritizing tasks throughout the production facility
  • Inspect and observe operations to ensure conformance to designed and equipment specifications and compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards

Relevant Experience:

  • Maintenance Technician: 1 year (preferred)

Salary & Schedule

  • Up to $26.00 per hour
  • Night shift
