A Dedicated, Growing, Mission-Driven Team
We are an open, energetic, and mission-driven team. We are focused on building an inclusive and collaborative culture as we expand and create hundreds of well-paying jobs in Canada's domestic manufacturing sector.
Established Company, Startup Culture
We're helping to drive Canadian manufacturing forward by embracing modern values and business practices. We're now Canada's largest onshore PPE manufacturer, and we're growing by the day - but we're still driven by the small-company values of our educational technology roots. We're committed to providing a safe, open, and empowering workplace, emphasizing mental and physical health.
Health & Safety
The health and safety of our team is essential, especially in our line of work. We've gone above and beyond to make our workplace as safe as possible. We have a doctor on site, conduct daily screenings of anyone entering our facilities, provide comprehensive personal protective equipment for employees, conduct regular safety training, and much more.
To date, we've donated almost 1 million pieces of PPE to individuals and organizations in Canada who needed it.
We believe that big businesses can be both profitable and responsible. We make an effort to positively impact our community on a local, provincial, and national level.
The Canadian Shield is leading the charge to rebuild Canada's onshore PPE manufacturing industry. Be part of the movement with a young, energetic, and dynamic team that will be here long after the COVID-19 pandemic.
*Note:* Due to COVID-19 protocols, we cannot accept any in-person resumé drop-offs. We will only be considering applications which are submitted online.
