In the event of receiving damaged product(s), please provide photo evidence of the affected product within 7 days of receiving your order by clicking here, and our customer success team will happily review and send you a replacement(s).

All orders from The Canadian Shield are fulfilled in 1-3 business days from our facility in Waterloo, Ontario (unless otherwise specified for product pre-orders). Please allow 5-10 business days for orders to arrive. All orders will be accompanied with a tracking number at the time of fulfillment.
